1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PeelFirstPrints.com, or by conducting business with Peel First Prints via email, social media, phone, or any other communication channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not place orders or engage in business with us.

2. Products & Services

Peel First Prints produces custom stickers, merch, and small-batch printed products. All items are made to order. Slight variations in color, print quality, or sizing may occur due to the custom production process. Customers must ensure they have full rights to any artwork, logos, or files submitted for printing.

3. Ordering & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout (or as otherwise agreed in writing). Production begins shortly after payment is received. Custom orders may require additional communication or approval before production.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of checkout for a full refund. After 24 hours, production has begun and cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Peel First Prints is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, designs, logos, content, and custom artwork created by or for Peel First Prints (including collaborative or customer-requested designs) are the exclusive intellectual property of Peel First Prints unless a separate written agreement explicitly transfers or licenses rights.

•  Customers must own or have legal rights to any artwork, logos, or files they submit.

•  Proof approval (digital or otherwise) is provided solely for the customer to review and approve the specific order. Approval does not transfer ownership, reproduction rights, or any license to use the design beyond the single approved order.

•  Customers may not reproduce, reprint, modify, distribute, or provide our designs (or files derived from them) to any third-party printer, manufacturer, or service without our prior written permission and payment of any applicable licensing or design fees.

•  These restrictions apply to all business conducted through the website, email, social media platforms, direct messages, or any other channel.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content or custom designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern all interactions and transactions with Peel First Prints, including but not limited to the website (PeelFirstPrints.com), email communications, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), phone, or any other method where business is discussed or conducted.

10. Limitation of Liability

Peel First Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

11. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process orders and operate our store. We do not sell customer data. Additional privacy details may be found in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy documentation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of any changes.
