Refund & Return Policy — Peel First Prints

At Peel First Prints, every item is made to order with care and attention. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations

We understand that mistakes happen. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of checkout for a full refund.

After the 24‑hour window has passed, your order will already be in production and can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
